Policies

Every watch that is purchased through Boutique Watches Montreal includes a 6 months warranty on the movement of the watch. Physical damages, water damages, dents, scratches or damages caused by a negligent manipulation of the watch are not eligible for warranty.

Authenticity

The validity of our products is of outmost importance to us. For any type of service offering we conduct an in-house Authentication protocol. We don’t sell or buy watches unless it has been authenticated by our team of experts.
